All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location
All items listed on our website can be purchased and delivered worldwide. Customers who are situated in the United Kingdom are eligible for free shipping. Orders that are received from those outside the United Kingdom will include an additional shipping fee, which is calculated on the basket page.

3. Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3-5 business days of the date of your order. Business days include Monday – Friday, except holidays.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the item(s) ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight and the order destination. To find out how much your shipping will cost, simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your basket and enter the destination you would like to send your item(s) to. Once a valid location has been entered, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large and heavy item(s).
